Qualifications

• 10+ years' experience in Business Analysis, Consulting or a related leadership discipline.
• Proven experience leading consulting, business analysis or transformation teams.
• Demonstrated success managing client relationships at executive level.
• Strong understanding of governance, operating models and consulting methodologies.
• Postgraduate qualification advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Deliver client-facing projects with high-quality business analysis outcomes.
• Lead regional analysis team and monitor performance, quality and KPIs.
• Identify opportunities to expand iqbusiness footprint and capability growth.
• Support clients in solving complex business challenges and driving transformations.
• Mentor and develop future leaders within iqbusiness.
• Build and maintain trusted executive-level client relationships.
