HC Recruit is seeking an Agronomist for the Eastern Cape to deliver technical agronomic support to regional distributors and agents, maximizing product value through crop expertise. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, provide field guidance, manage relationships with farmers and dealers, and operate with autonomy in a highly collaborative environment.

Qualificações

: Diploma, BA in Agriculture, or BSc in Agronomy/Plant Pathology/Entomology
2+ years in agricultural crop protection
Comprehensive knowledge of product lines and agricultural technologies
Customer-facing experience with farmers, agents, and dealership leadership
Experience in sales, logistics, coordination
Ability to thrive in cross-functional team with autonomy
CropLife accreditation is required
Afrikaans speaking/writing required
