Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in agronomy or closely aligned field.
• 2+ years’ experience in agricultural crop protection industry.
• CropLife accredited preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical guidance on the company’s products.
• Conduct product demonstrations and follow-up visits with agents and end users.
• Monitor product performance, handle queries, and provide feedback.
• Offer region-specific agronomy support to farmers and distributors.
• Build and maintain relationships with distributors and growers.
• Identify regional product opportunities and provide market intelligence.
• Develop and implement an area business plan and execution actions.
