You will build lasting client relationships, achieve recruitment KPIs, and collaborate with internal teams to deliver exceptional service. A Bachelor's degree is advantageous; 4+ years in recruitment is required; hybrid model supported.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in recruitment consultancy, with consumer goods or related sectors.
• Ability to manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously.
• Strong understanding of consumer goods roles (FMCG, retail, manufacturing).
• Excellent communication, negotiation and client management skills.

Responsibilities
