Placements24 is seeking a proactive Recruitment Partner for a remote contract role. You will manage end-to-end recruitment for client portfolios, building trusted relationships and driving outcomes across various sectors.

As a remote contractor, you will plan sourcing strategies, conduct interviews, negotiate offers, and provide market insights. You will collaborate with clients autonomously, delivering high-quality service while maintaining accurate records.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in recruitment, preferably in consultancy or in-house TA.
• Ability to manage complex recruitment projects and deliver results within deadlines.
• Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment tools.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills for remote environments.
