Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Recruitment Specialist to oversee and manage our candidate application process. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring a seamless and positive candidate experience, from initial application through to the onboarding process. The Recruitment Specialist will be responsible for sourcing and attracting top talent, screening resumes and applications, scheduling and conducting interviews, and managing the hiring process from start to finish.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent
• Source and screen candidates, including reviewing resumes and conducting phone and in-person interviews
• Manage the candidate experience throughout the hiring process, including communicating with candidates and scheduling interviews
• Collaborate with hiring managers to identify position requirements and develop job descriptions
• Coordinate and conduct onboarding activities for new hires
• Ensure compliance with all applicable employment laws and regulations
• Develop and maintain relationships with colleges and universities to attract entry-level talent
• Participate in career fairs and other recruiting events to attract top talent

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• 3+ years of experience in recruitment and selection
• Experience working in a fast-paced, high-volume recruiting environment
• Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven ability to source and attract top talent
