Ntice Search Solutions is seeking an experienced Reconciliation Controller for a contract role based in Midrand.

The ideal candidate will handle bank, payroll, inter-company and balance sheet reconciliations in a high-volume environment, ensuring month-end deadlines are met with accuracy and integrity.

You will collaborate with finance teams to resolve discrepancies, process journals and support treasury tasks in a fast-paced logistics-focused organisation.

Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly balance sheet reconciliations across multiple entities.
• Perform bank, payroll, debtors and inter-company reconciliations.
• Investigate, follow up and resolve reconciliation queries and variances.
• Prepare monthly consolidated bank reconciliations.
• Perform inter-company balancing checks.
• Process journals and payroll-related payments.
• Raise and follow up on month-end accruals.
• Assist with treasury and cash management functions.
• Ensure accurate and timely completion of reconciliations and payments.
• Resolve outstanding items and ensure financial records remain accurate.
