Qualifications

Salary: From R8,000 (Negotiable DOE) | Live-In

Kendrick Recruitment is currently seeking a Receptionist & Manager Assistant for a luxury lodge and guest house located in KwaZulu-Natal. This intimate and high-end property prides itself on providing personalised guest experiences, with a strong emphasis on exceptional service and meaningful interaction between staff and guests.

This position is ideal for a young, ambitious individual with excellent organisational and communication skills. The successful candidate will primarily work in reception but will also support the General Manager and assist across various departments when needed. Key Responsibilities:

• Manage front-of-house duties including guest check-in/out and reservations

• 100% fluency in English (verbal and written), with excellent communication skills
• Must hold a valid driver's licence; own transport preferred due to limited public transport in the area
• Presentable, well-spoken, and confident in engaging with international guests
• Ability to work as part of a small team and willingness to assist across all departments
• Positive attitude, sense of humour, and adaptable nature
• Must be available to start immediately
