Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in property management or portfolio management.
• Strong understanding of real estate finance, market analysis and investment principles.
• Excellent leadership, negotiation and communication skills.
• Proficiency in property management software and financial reporting tools.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic plans to optimize portfolio performance and value.
• Oversee day-to-day property management, including leasing, maintenance and tenant relations.
• Conduct regular financial analysis of assets, including budgeting and ROI reporting.
