Placements24 is seeking a highly analytical Real Estate Investment Analyst to join its finance team in Welkom. You will evaluate investment opportunities, build financial models, and advise on asset acquisitions and developments.

The role requires a strong quantitative background, knowledge of real estate capital markets, and the ability to present insights to senior management. You will work with cross-functional teams to shape the company's investment strategy in the Free State.

Formación

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Real Estate or a related quantitative field.
Minimum 4 years of experience in real estate investment analysis or related finance roles.
Strong Excel proficiency for financial modeling and forecasting.
Solid understanding of real estate capital markets and valuation techniques.

Responsabilidades

Perform in-depth financial analysis and modeling for real estate investments including acquisitions and developments.
Conduct market research and feasibility studies to identify investment opportunities in Welkom and beyond.
Evaluate financial performance of existing assets and advise on asset management strategies.
Prepare detailed investment reports and memos for senior management and committees.
Monitor economic indicators and real estate trends affecting investment performance in the Free State.
Collaborate with legal, finance, and operations during due diligence and closing.
