Placements24 is seeking a highly analytical Real Estate Investment Analyst to join its finance team in Welkom. You will evaluate investment opportunities, build financial models, and advise on asset acquisitions and developments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Real Estate or a related quantitative field.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in real estate investment analysis or related finance roles.
• Strong Excel proficiency for financial modeling and forecasting.
• Solid understanding of real estate capital markets and valuation techniques.

Key Responsibilities

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Real Estate, or a related quantitative field.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in real estate investment analysis , financial modeling, or corporate finance.
• Strong proficiency in Excel for financial modeling, forecasting, and data analysis.
• Solid understanding of real estate capital markets, property valuation techniques, and investment risk assessment.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and written/verbal communication skills.
• Experience with real estate databases and market research tools is highly advantageous.
