Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Real Estate, or related quantitative field.
- 2-4 years of experience in real estate investment analysis, finance, or related field.
- Strong financial modeling skills, proficiency in Excel, and valuation techniques.
Responsibilities
- Analyze financial data, conduct market research, and perform due diligence on potential property investments.
- Develop detailed financial models including cash flow projections, ROI, and sensitivity analyses.
- Evaluate performance of the existing property portfolio and identify areas for optimization.
- Prepare investment reports, presentations, and recommendations for senior management.
- Monitor real estate market trends, economic indicators, and competitor activities.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners such as brokers, appraisers, and legal counsel.
