You will assist customers with Credit Life Insurance enquiries, submissions and follow-ups while ensuring compliance with regulatory and internal policies.

The role requires strong communication, attention to detail and the ability to handle confidential information, with experience in credit life insurance desirable.

Role Summary
We are seeking a skilled and experienced RE5 Customer Support Credit Life Representative to provide professional and customer-focused support within an insurance contact centre environment. The successful candidate will assist customers with Credit Life Insurance-related enquiries, claims submissions and claims follow-ups, while ensuring all interactions are handled accurately and in accordance with regulatory, policy and compliance requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions via telephone and email in a professional and customer-centric manner.
• Provide accurate information and assistance relating to Credit Life Insurance policies, including policy features, benefits and exclusions.
• Manage and respond to claims-related enquiries in a timely and professional manner.
• Assist customers with the submission of Credit Life Insurance claims and ensure all required information is accurately captured.
• Provide customers with claims status updates and conduct necessary follow-ups.
• Ensure all customer interactions and transactions are accurately recorded and documented.
• Apply company policies, procedures and regulatory requirements consistently when assisting customers.

Minimum Requirements

• Valid RE5 qualification – essential.

• Experience handling claims-related queries and/or claims submissions.
