Job summary

Eskom Holdings SOC Ltd in Gauteng seeks an experienced supervisor for Transformer Site operations. You will oversee production projects, supervise teams and sub-contractors, and ensure safety and quality standards are met.

This permanent role focuses on high-level supervision and timely project delivery. You will drive schedules, inspect critical activities, and coordinate cross-department efforts, providing technical input where needed.

Qualifications

• 3 years’ related experience, including at least 1 year of supervisory or team-leader experience.
• N6 with Electrical Trade Certificate or a National Diploma Electrical Engineering or Supervisory Management Certificate.
• Experience supervising or leading teams on electrical projects.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and provide high-level supervision over production projects, supervisors, teams and sub-contractors under span of control.
• Drive project schedules to meet due date performance.
• Inspect, verify, and sign off critical activities to ensure work is carried out as per work instructions
• Coordinate and facilitate department and inter-department activities and provide technical input where applicable.
• Ensure that correct tools are available to perform the job in a safe manner and replace defective tools.
