Job summary

Givaudan is seeking a Raw Material / FP Planner to plan, schedule and order raw materials for our manufacturing facility. You will ensure on-time responses to internal and external customers, maintain KPI targets and manage SLOB using SAP-based processes.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree in a related field and at least 4 years of experience in planning, ERP/MRP environments, and strong English language proficiency. We offer growth in an international setting and competitive compensation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Foreign Trade or others.
• 4+ years of experience in planning/inventory/FP/ERP environments.
• Experience with SAP, ERP/MRP systems and analytical tools.

Responsibilities

• Follow the parameterization in SAP to manage raw material planning.
• Schedule and order raw materials to meet KPI targets and reduce SLOB.
• Provide mid- to long-term forecasts to procurement and produce status reports.

Raw Material / FP Planner

Purpose

Responsible for planning, FP scheduling and ordering of raw materials used in manufacturing facility to achieve and maintain KPI targets (PIR/golden rules/best practices, SLOB, etc.).

Core Responsibilities

• Follow the parameterization in SAP.
• Identify and resolve shortages through efficient scheduling to ensure an appropriate level of inventory following corporate standards
• .Ensure customer (internal and external) response on time managing realistic daily plans considering capacity and raw material availability.
• Work under the standards of quality, safety and industrial hygiene and good practices.
• Identify and implement opportunities for improvement.
• Track orders and elevate problems where necessary to the appropriate stakeholders.
• Escalation point for resolution of problems, complaints and prioritisation issues.
• Communicate and interact with areas involved, in order to solve issues.
• Achieve service level targets.
• Obsolescence Control (use of SLOB Tool for Inventory at Risk assessment).
• Provide mid-long term forecast to procurement.
• Produce daily, weekly, and monthly status reports (e.g. COOISPI schedule, OTS, past due purchase orders ) and distribute
• Review customer orders for raw materials resale demands.
• Create Production Pl, schedule and release process orders.
• Resolve or elevate issues related to orders, working with production, customer care and regional and global affiliates as required.

You?

Academic Background

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Foreign Trade or others.

Professional Experience

• 4+ years of experience in the area.

Technical Skills

• APICS Certifi cation Desired ERP/MRP expertise
• Strong affinity to systems and analytical tools (Desired SAP, BI,BO)
• Language skills: English
• Fluent Microsoft Office expertise
