Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications, or related field.
• 3–5 years hands-on experience with RAN (4G LTE, 5G NR).
• Familiarity with RAN planning tools and performance monitoring software.
• Understanding of RF principles and wireless propagation.
• Experience with network element configuration and troubleshooting.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Design, configure, and deploy RAN solutions including base stations and related equipment.
• Monitor RAN performance metrics and conduct root cause analysis for degradations or outages.
• Optimize network parameters to enhance coverage, capacity, and quality of service.
• Collaborate with site acquisition and construction teams for new site rollouts.
• Support the integration of new RAN technologies and features into the existing network.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex RAN-related issues, ensuring minimal impact on subscribers.
