Job summary

Alstom is seeking an experienced Industrialization Lead to drive manufacturing readiness across the development lifecycle. You will coordinate with Engineering, Quality, EHS and Production to ensure design-for-manufacture, robust processes and on-time delivery for rail systems.

You will manage an industrialization team, build plans for tooling, validation and ICT milestones, and ensure the IMFU framework and FAR/FAI steps are completed with appropriate documentation and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Technical degree in manufacturing, mechanical or electrical.
• Experience in manufacturing engineering and industrialization.
• Knowledge of ERP systems (e.g., SAP) and CAD/PLM tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead the industrialization team during product development.
• Ensure processes meet industrial requirements and QCD objectives.
• Serve as the main industrialization contact for PME within the project.
• Coordinate IMFU, P-FMEA and industrialization work packages.
• Plan tooling and manufacturing equipment and oversee related budgets.
