Job summary

Alstom in Gautrain project is seeking a Product Industrialization Manager to lead the industrialization team during development and ensure processes meet industrial requirements and QCD objectives. You will be the main industrialization contact across functions of the project.

The role includes building macro-processes, planning, tooling, and overseeing IMFU, P-FMEA, FAR/FAI, and industrialization deliveries to support serial go.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or technical degree in manufacturing or related field.
• 5–10 years in manufacturing/railway industry.
• Experience in Process Engineering and line balancing.
• Experience with SAP ERP for BOM, Routings, Configuration follow-up.
• Knowledge of CAD/PLM tools such as CATIA/DELMIA.

Responsibilities

• Lead industrialization during development phases and ensure alignment with QCD targets.
• Coordinate co-engineering activities and ICONE workshops.
• Set up global macro-process and planning including tooling and equipment.
• Lead IMFU, P-FMEA, FAR/FAI and industrialization deliverables.
• Manage industrialization post-serial go and drive continuous improvement.
