Job summary

Alstom seeks an experienced Industrialization Lead to drive the product industrialization from design to serial go. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, define macro-processes, and implement tooling plans while ensuring QCD targets are met.

You will lead IMFU, P-FMEA, FAR/FAI activities, and ensure timely, compliant documentation. Collaboration across sites and countries is essential for success.

Qualifications

• Technical degree in manufacturing, mechanical or electrical.

Responsibilities

• Manage industrialization planning, Co-engineering, IMFU & FAR/FAI.
• Lead FAR and FAI to validate product design and process industrialization.
• Ensure industrial documentation meets quality standards.
• Monitor Method Time vs target and ensure tools/workstations availability.
• Set up IMFU and monitor the Industrialization Work Package.
• Contribute to continuous improvement with Production.
