Qualifications

  • Master's or PhD in Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications, or a related field with an RF specialization.
  • Proven experience in RF system design, analysis, and testing.
  • Proficiency with RF simulation and design software (e.g., ANSYS HFSS, Keysight ADS).
  • Strong understanding of wireless communication standards (e.g., LTE, 5G, Wi-Fi).
  • Experience with spectrum analyzers, signal generators, and network analyzers.

Responsibilities

  • Design, implement, and test RF systems, including antennas, transmitters, and receivers.
  • Analyze RF signal propagation, interference, and network performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
  • Conduct site surveys and feasibility studies for new RF installations and network upgrades.
  • Troubleshoot RF-related issues, perform diagnostic tests, and implement corrective actions.
  • Collaborate with hardware and software engineers to integrate RF components into larger systems.
