Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in R&D, process development, or advanced research.
- Proven ability in experimental design and statistical analysis.
- Experience with laboratory-scale and pilot-scale process development.
- Strong analytical skills and a passion for innovation.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Conduct research into new materials, chemicals, and process technologies.
- Design and execute experiments to test hypotheses and validate new concepts.
- Develop and optimize chemical processes for scalability and commercial viability.
- Analyze experimental data and prepare detailed technical reports and presentations.
- Collaborate with product development, engineering, and manufacturing teams.
- Contribute to patent applications and scientific publications.
