The role requires a Ph.D. or Master’s with a strong research focus, expertise in analytical techniques, and a track record of publishing findings. Excellent communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Ph.D. or Master’s with strong research focus in chemical engineering or chemistry.
• Proven experience in chemical research, process development, or materials science.
• Experience with analytical techniques such as spectroscopy, chromatography or microscopy.
• Solid knowledge of kinetics, thermodynamics and reaction engineering.
• Ability to design and conduct complex experiments safely and effectively.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with publications.

Responsibilities

• Conduct fundamental and applied research to develop new synthesis routes and processes.
• Design and execute laboratory experiments, analyze data, and interpret results.
• Develop and optimize materials and chemical formulations for applications.
• Prepare technical reports, research proposals and patent disclosures.
• Collaborate with R&D scientists, engineers and external partners on projects.
• Stay current with scientific literature and emerging trends in chemical R&D.
