You will collaborate with chemists, materials scientists and engineers to translate research findings into practical applications, contribute to IP, and help shape next-generation technologies while operating in a creative,

Qualifications

PhD or MEng in Chemical Engineering with a strong research focus.
6+ years of relevant R&D experience in the chemical industry.
Experience in experimental design, data analysis, and interpretation.
Proficiency with laboratory equipment and analytical techniques relevant to chemical processes.
Strong understanding of reaction kinetics, catalysis, and separation technologies.
Excellent technical writing and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

Conduct laboratory-scale research and experiments to explore new chemical processes and product formulations.
Design and execute pilot-scale studies to validate R&D findings and gather critical process data.
Analyze experimental results using statistical methods and present findings to technical and management teams.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams on new product development.
Stay abreast of scientific literature, patents, and industry trends to identify new research opportunities.
Contribute to intellectual property generation through patent applications and technical publications.
