Job summary

Eastwood Estate is seeking a seasoned Quantity Surveyor to lead cost estimation, planning, and contract administration for construction projects in Cape Town. You will oversee measurement and certification of work, manage cash flow and financial control, and ensure contractual and legal compliance across sites.

You will also prepare estimates and cost plans, guiding project staff and maintaining precise records.

Qualifications

• BSc (QS), BTech (QS), NDip (QS), or equivalent.
• Minimum 10 years’ experience in a construction or engineering environment.
