Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed cost estimates and Bills of Quantities (BoQ).
• Manage the tendering process: evaluate bids and select contractors.
• Administer construction contracts: variations, claims, and final accounts.
• Monitor project costs and prepare regular cost reports for management.
• Conduct site visits to assess progress and verify measurements.
