Profile Personnel is looking for a detail-oriented Quantity Surveyor to join our construction team in Stellenbosch. This role will manage project costs, support procurement processes, and ensure projects meet budgetary and compliance standards.

The ideal candidate holds a National Diploma in Building or Quantity Surveying and has 2–4 years of relevant experience. Responsibilities include preparing cost estimates, monitoring expenses, and managing subcontractor agreements.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years' post-qualification experience in a Quantity Surveying role.
• Sound knowledge of the Standard System of Measuring Building Work.
• Strong understanding of construction drawings.

Responsibilities

• Prepare accurate quantity take-offs and cost estimates for construction projects.
• Monitor project costs to ensure maximum cost efficiency.
• Manage subcontractor appointments and contract valuations.
