Qualification(s):

• Relevant Degree or Diploma in Electrical or Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Quantity Surveying or similar

Experience:

• 3 years’ experience in Electrical or Civil Construction Industry, related to Quantity Surveying

Skills:

• Good Financial and Technical skills with regards to Construction Work
• Analytical, systematic and logical process thinking
• Good management and organisational skills, ability to manage conflict and change management skills.
• Strong communication and presentation skills and ability to interact with Senior Management

Knowledge:

• Good knowledge and experience in measuring of Construction work and Quantity Surveying
• Good knowledge and understanding of the NEC Suite of documents
• Good knowledge and understanding of the SABA/SANS 1200 Document
• Computer literate (MS Office suite, scheduling software, financial systems )
