Job summary

Alfred H Knight in Rustenburg seeks a Quality Coordinator to drive day-to-day quality administration and support the analytical services objectives across the Rustenburg site.

You will assist Laboratory management with ISO 17025 accreditation, manage QMS documentation, audits, corrective actions and non-conformances, and ensure timely close-out and reporting. Proficiency with MS Office and Google Suite is expected, along with a keen eye for detail and strong team collaboration.

Qualifications

• Grade 12 with Maths, Chemistry and Science.
• Analytical Chemistry Diploma or equivalent tertiary qualification.
• Minimum 2 years in a quality role.
• Experience supporting ISO 17025 QMS.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and Google Suite.

Responsibilities

• Assist with ISO 17025 accreditation maintenance.
• Support QMS documentation and standard procedures.
• Coordinate internal and external audits and action close-out.
• Maintain documentation and records for non-conformances and complaints.
• Support management reviews and risk registers.
• Assist with asset register and document control.
