Job summary

Alfred H Knight in Rustenburg is seeking a Quality Coordinator to manage day‑to‑day quality administration within the laboratory. You will support ISO 17025 accreditation, maintain QMS documentation, and coordinate audits and corrective actions.

You will update the asset register, schedule management reviews, and participate in risk and quality improvement activities. Strong attention to detail and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of QMS within a laboratory setting and ISO 17025 requirements.
• Experience maintaining documentation and controlled records.
• Able to support audits, corrective actions and non-conformances.

Responsibilities

• Assisting the Laboratory management with ISO 17025 accreditation maintenance.
• Managing the standardised QMS and related documentation.
• Coordinating audit schedules and action close-out for laboratory audits.
• Monitoring Corrective Actions, Non-conformances and client complaints.
• Maintaining documentation and records for non-conforming test work and improvements.
• Ensuring work throughput follows documented methods and reporting issues to management.
