Omnia Group in South Africa is seeking an Assistant (Quality Controller) based in Losberg to support the Process Controller. The role involves sampling cartridges, recording results, and ensuring quality conformance while minimizing waste.

Candidate should have Grade 12 and relevant manufacturing exposure. Permanent position reporting to Production Manager within the BME Production & Logistics unit; SHERQ compliance and accurate data recording are essential.

Qualifications

• Grade 12 or equivalent with Maths and Science.
• 1 year manufacturing/plant experience.
• Technical qualification is advantageous.

Responsabilités

• Conduct sampling and measurement of cartridges.
• Record process results and identify defects early to minimize waste.
• Assist the Process Controller during start-up/shutdown and minor maintenance.
• Maintain SHERQ compliance and ensure quality throughout production.
