Job summary

The Working Earth in Gauteng seeks a dedicated Compliance professional to monitor and maintain adherence to FAIS, FICA, POPIA, and OHS standards. You will manage regulatory documentation and support internal audits with timely corrective actions.

In this role you will drive continuous improvement, maintain risk and compliance registers, and assist with inspections. Collaboration with leadership is essential to uphold governance across the organization.

Qualifications

• Diploma in compliance or related field.
• Strong report-writing and analytical abilities.
• Working knowledge of FAIS, FICA, POPIA, and governance principles.
• Advanced MS Excel experience.

Responsibilities

• Monitor compliance with FAIS, FICA, POPIA, TCF, OHS, and company policies.
• Maintain compliance registers, records, and regulatory documentation.
• Coordinate internal audits and track corrective actions.
• Support quality assurance and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Maintain risk and compliance registers.
• Investigate complaints, compliance incidents, and quality deviations.
• Prepare compliance, audit, and governance reports for management.
• Coordinate compliance training and awareness programmes.
• Assist with regulatory inspections and external audits.
