About the Role

Our client is seeking a meticulous and proactive Quality Assurance Officer to ensure the highest standards of product quality within their FMCG operations in Polokwane . You will conduct inspections, monitor quality parameters, and implement corrective actions to guarantee product integrity and consumer safety. Key Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain quality assurance systems and procedures for FMCG products.
• Conduct regular inspections and audits of production processes, raw materials, and finished goods.
• Monitor critical control points (CCPs) and ensure compliance with HACCP and other relevant food safety standards.
• Analyze quality data, identify trends, and recommend corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
• Prepare quality reports and documentation for regulatory bodies and internal management.
• Collaborate with production, R&D, and other departments to address quality issues and implement improvements.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in Quality Assurance or Quality Control, preferably in the FMCG or food industry.
• Knowledge of food safety standards (e.g., HACCP, ISO 22000) and regulatory requirements.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with meticulous attention to detail.
• Experience with quality testing methods and laboratory procedures.
