Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Chemistry, Microbiology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in Quality Assurance/Quality Control, with at least 2 years in a managerial role within FMCG.
• In-depth knowledge of quality management systems, food safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Proven experience in implementing and managing QA/QC programs and conducting audits.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
• Excellent communication and documentation abilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive Quality Management Systems (QMS) in line with ISO/HACCP.
• Oversee all quality control activities, including raw material inspection, in-process checks, and finished product testing.
• Lead and mentor the Quality Assurance team, fostering a culture of quality consciousness and continuous improvement.
• Conduct internal audits and manage external audits by regulatory bodies and customers.
• Investigate quality deviations, customer complaints, and non-conformances, implementing corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
