Placements24 is seeking an experienced Quality Assurance Manager to lead QA initiatives in East London. You will develop and implement robust QMS, oversee a QA team, and drive continuous improvement while collaborating with R&D, Production, and other departments.

The role blends strategic remote planning with essential on-site oversight. The ideal candidate has a minimum of 7 years in QA/QM, with 3+ years in management, and strong ISO 9001 expertise.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Quality Management, Engineering, or a related technical field.
• Minimum of 7 years in Quality Assurance or Quality Management, with at least 3 years in a management role.
• In-depth knowledge of ISO 9001 and other relevant quality standards.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and statistical quality control methods.
• Excellent leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with auditing and implementing CAPA systems.
