A key player in appliance manufacturing is urgently seeking a Quality Assurance Manager to oversee the quality assurance department in KwaZulu-Natal. The role involves developing and maintaining quality management systems and ensuring compliance with industry standards. The ideal candidate will have experience in quality assurance systems and a relevant degree, coupled with the ability to lead teams effectively. This position offers a negotiable salary between R700K and R800K per year.

Responsabilités

• Oversee the quality assurance department and staff.
• Develop, implement, and maintain a Quality Management System.
• Lead and mentor quality assurance analysts and specialists.
• Identify root causes of quality issues and implement corrective actions.
• Generate regular quality assurance reports to track performance.
