Job summary

Rentokil Initial seeks a QA Supervisor to ensure compliance with global pest control standards and internal procedures. You will conduct infield assessments with technicians, engage external clients, and lead monthly QA reporting.

You will also support training, product trials, and ensure H&S practices and product lists are followed. Requires NCPC, pest control operator registration, and fumigation qualifications.

Qualifications

• Matric and pest control qualifications required.
• Full NCPC certification and P-Number registration.
• FUMIGATION qualifications for silos, stacks, containers; ISPM15.
• Experience with phosphine and methyl bromide gas.
• Strong pest control product knowledge and technical skills.
• Computer literacy: MS Office and Google tools.
• Facilitator qualification would be advantageous.
• WL2 competencies aligned with role.

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular infield reviews/assessments with service technicians.
• Maintain ongoing communication with external clients.
• Perform H&S branch audits – Pest Control.
• Coordinate new product trials and evaluations.
• Provide internal training and customer education.
• Prepare and communicate monthly QA reports.
• Ensure PPE/H&S practices; report non-compliance.
• Ensure correct use of Approved Product List; report non-compliance.
