Job summary

Abantu Staffing Solutions seeks an experienced Operations Manager for a Fast-Food/QSR client in South Africa. The role centers on implementing strategic operational systems aligned with the franchisee's vision, while maintaining standards and reporting to the Country Manager with Area Managers as direct reports.

You will drive business planning, HR/Finance/Marketing support, store visits and budgeting within KPI targets, and develop Area Coaches to meet performance goals.

Qualifications

• Grade 12 / Matric.
• BCom degree or 5 years’ Area Coach level experience.
• Experience in the Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) industry.
• Strong English communication.

Responsibilities

• Create and oversee the operational business plan with stakeholders.
• Drive company culture and adherence to values, vision and mission.
• Meet senior management requirements and support HR, Finance, Marketing plans.
• Visit stores to ensure policies and procedures are followed.
• Manage budgets within KPI/Balance Scorecard margins and coordinate action plans.
• Develop Area Coach succession plans and training metrics.
• Ensure customer experience through compliant restaurant operations.
• Drive sales growth and omni-channel initiatives while maintaining profitability.
