Job summary

SGS SA seeks an experienced QA/OSH professional to lead quality, environment and safety programs, manage auditors and maintain accreditation. The role focuses on upholding ISO standards, training staff, and ensuring compliance across the Business Assurance framework.

You will oversee competency records, KPI reporting, and stakeholder liaison to drive continuous improvement and operational excellence within SGS’s technical domains.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3-year tertiary qualification related to quality, environment or health and safety.
• Proficiency in English.
• 5–10 years’ general work experience in quality, environment or health and safety.
• Experience in project- and operations-management.

Responsibilities

• Managing and implementing the different QHSE product requirements.
• Managing auditors on a day-to-day basis and supporting auditors with admin, IT and audit issues.
• Auditor training and development; onboarding staff and contractors.
• Maintaining local accreditation for ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001.
