Job summary

impact.com is seeking a Quality Assurance Engineer for the Finance Invoicing Squad. You will design automated and manual tests, focusing on billing, invoices, and financial data integrity. The role emphasizes AI-assisted testing with deterministic verification for financial accuracy.

You will validate RESTful APIs, monitor data integrity, and collaborate with global teams to ensure robust, scalable finance systems leveraging Playwright and advanced SQL.

Qualifications

• Hands-on QA experience in software development lifecycle.
• Experience with Playwright for web automation testing.
• Strong SQL data querying and validation skills.
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs, JSON/XML, and API testing.
• Ability to translate complex defects into business context.

Responsibilities

• Design and scale automated regression packs for billing journeys.
• Debug test failures using traces and artifacts to identify root causes.
• Review QA pull requests to maintain framework continuity.
• Perform manual and visual testing across mobile web layouts.
• Apply AI tools to accelerate test authoring while ensuring accuracy.
