Job summary

Centrax Group is seeking an experienced QA/Test Engineer to plan, design and execute testing across finance systems, including SIT and UAT support. The role ensures data integrity and regulatory compliance through rigorous functional and integration testing.

The candidate will validate financial calculations, run API tests, and contribute to automated regression suites while maintaining traceability to requirements and test artefacts.

Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, Finance or a related field.
• ISTQB Foundation certification (ISTQB Advanced or equivalent is advantageous).
• 5+ years in software testing or quality assurance, with 3+ years testing finance systems in insurance or financial services.

Responsibilities

• Develop test plans, estimates and entry/exit criteria for workstreams.
• Design and execute test scenarios and test scripts with full traceability.
• Perform functional, regression, integration, end-to-end and negative testing.
