Job summary

FASSET is seeking an Assistant Manager: Quality Assurance to lead end-to-end QA delivery on projects, ensuring timelines and contract specs are met. The role includes accreditation activities, monitoring training providers, and extending scope for legacy qualifications.

You will coordinate QA processes, prepare monthly reports, and support audits by DHET/SAQA/QCTO. Requirements include Matric, a Bachelor's degree, and 5 years QA experience in the public sector, 3 in supervisory roles.

Responsibilities

• End-to-end delivery and implementation of QA services on projects and programmes.
• Facilitate accreditation activities for SDP on QCTO accreditation and scope extension.
• Monitor and audit accredited training providers on legacy qualifications.
• Coordinate QA processes and prepare monthly reports for management.
• Contribute to DHET/SAQA/QCTO audits and risk management.
