The programme blends theory with hands-on experience in HR, document management, recruitment support, and daily admin tasks, with peers and mentors guiding growth and employability upon completion.

Qualifications

• Must be a person with a disability (PWD).
• Valid Doctor’s Note with Practice Number & Stamp.
• Age 18–35 years old.
• Matric with 40% in Maths/Maths Lit & 2 Languages.
• Minimum 1 year of work experience.
• Unemployed & not enrolled in full-time studies.
• Must not have done this learnership before.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support to the HR team.
• Assist with HR operations during busy periods.
• Learn how HR systems and processes function daily.
• Build workplace communication and organisational skills.
• Complete the theoretical components of Business Administration.
