Job summary

Clicks Group Limited in Cape Town is launching a 12-month Graduate Programme in HR and Learning and Development for graduates with Advanced Diplomas and Degrees.

Selected candidates will complete rotations across HR and L&D, develop core skills in people management, analytics and learning design, and contribute to ongoing projects.

Applicants must meet citizenship, age, and location requirements and be available full-time in Cape Town.

Qualifications

• Completed Advanced Diploma/ Degree in HR.
• Be a South African Citizen.
• Must be between 18–30 years.
• Computer literacy in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Must be unemployed and willing to commit to the full 12-months to Graduate programme.
• Must be based in Cape Town.
