Qualifications

About the Role

Our client, a well-established automotive dealership group, is seeking a detail-oriented Purchasing Coordinator to manage the procurement of automotive parts and accessories in Nelspruit, Mpumalanga . This role is vital for ensuring the efficient operation of service departments by maintaining optimal stock levels and securing competitive pricing from suppliers. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of automotive parts and excellent organizational skills. This hybrid position allows for a balance of in-office collaboration and focused remote work, supporting the operations in Nelspruit .

Key Responsibilities

• Process purchase orders for automotive parts and accessories based on stock requirements and customer orders.
• Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery and resolve any discrepancies.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and manage stock levels to prevent overstocking or stockouts.
• Research and identify new suppliers or alternative parts to improve cost-effectiveness and availability.
• Negotiate pricing and terms with parts suppliers.

Requirements
