Job summary

AtripleA recruitment & temps is looking for a Proposals Engineer in Rosebank, South Africa. You will develop and manage high-quality technical and commercial proposals for EPC projects, collaborating with engineering teams to deliver competitive bids that meet client requirements.

You will apply strong project management skills, market awareness, and regulatory knowledge to support growth objectives, pricing strategy, and accurate proposal records across the New Business department.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Civil, Environmental, Mechanical, or related).
• 5+ years’ experience in proposals engineering, ideally within the water industry.
• APMP or equivalent proposal management training is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Analyse tender packages, technical requirements, and client specifications.
• Prepare end-to-end proposal execution plans with costings and schedules.
• Support pricing strategy and maintain proposal records for reporting.
• Engage suppliers and subcontractors for input and competitive pricing.
