Qualifications

• Strong end-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition knowledge.
• Proficient in using job boards, social media and networks for sourcing.
• Familiarity with recruitment systems and compliance requirements.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for assigned vacancies.
• Partner with hiring managers to define requirements and sourcing strategies.
• Source, screen and assess candidates across roles.
• Build and maintain pipelines for current and future needs.
• Coordinate interviews, feedback, references and pre-employment vetting.
• Support offer management and candidate onboarding.
