Cosmo Central Group is seeking a Rental Consultant in Gauteng to drive property rentals, engage with clients, and implement targeted marketing strategies. You will analyze results and support the sales cycle from prospecting to closing.

The role emphasizes strong sales ability, excellent communication, and the use of MS Office tools to manage workflows and create effective marketing materials.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in Real Estate, Sales or Property Management would be advantageous.
• Must be able to sell.
• Excellent people skills and good interpersonal relations.
• Administrative ability to create, implement and follow workflow systems.
• Excellent understanding of the principles of sales and marketing and the ability to apply it.
• Ability to establish a trusting client relationship, communicate clearly with clients, identify needs of clients.

Responsibilities

• Assist in client services.
• Rentals of property.
• Drafting and implementation of marketing strategy, and measurement of effectivity of strategy.
• Analysis of marketing statistics to adjust and improve strategy.
• Participate in the design of marketing and the draft of advertisements and other marketing materials.
• Market research.
