Royal York Property Management is hiring experienced Property Managers to manage the owner and tenant experience across active residential property-management files.
Direct property-management experience is preferred but not required. Strong account, portfolio or client-service managers with experience managing multiple files, relationships and escalations are encouraged to apply.
This role is for someone who can keep files moving, keep clients informed, manage urgent issues and remain organized in a high-volume environment. You will be responsible for communication, follow-up, documentation, issue resolution and ensuring nothing falls through the cracks.
This is not a basic customer-service position. We are looking for someone who can take ownership of client outcomes, manage multiple properties and files simultaneously, and communicate professionally with property owners, tenants, internal teams and service providers.
Total annual compensation ranges from C$30,000 to C$36,000, based on experience, qualifications and performance.
Candidates with direct property-management experience, strong owner and tenant communication skills, and proven success managing a high volume of active files may be considered near the top of the range.
Complete details regarding base compensation and performance bonuses will be shared during the interview process.
