Qualifications

• LLB degree and admission as Attorney required.

Responsibilities

• Draft and review property-related documents including sale agreements, leases, and mortgage bonds.
• Conduct property searches and due diligence investigations.
• Assist with registration of property transfers and conveyancing processes.
• Liaise with clients, estate agents and financial institutions.
• Perform legal research on property law matters and support senior attorneys.
• Manage case files and maintain accurate records of property transactions.
• Ensure compliance with property legislation and conveyancing requirements.
• Attend post-registration formalities and client liaison.
