You will draft and lodge deeds, review sale and mortgage documents, and liaise with clients, agents, banks, and the Deeds Office to ensure compliance and timely settlements.

The ideal candidate has admitted or candidate attorney status with at least three years of conveyancing experience, strong attention to detail, and proficiency

Qualifications

• Admitted Attorney or candidate attorney with a minimum of 3 years of dedicated conveyancing experience.
• Proven experience in handling property transfers, sectional title schemes, and mortgage bonds.
• Strong understanding of the Deeds Registries Act and related property legislation.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in document preparation and lodgement.

Responsibilities
